The easy-to-use Calendar function tracks holidays and events that skew sales
in order to provide greater accuracy for forecasting, production planning,
labor scheduling and purchasing.
The Forecaster allows users to view and adjust the forecast by profit center
as well as week, day or even 15-minute increments using any or all of 6 indexes – including:
• Transactions
• Sales
• Guests
• Net Sales
• Food Sales
• Item
Production Plans can be created for menu items, recipes or raw ingredients
and can be viewed either by the time of sale or the time of production.
