InForm’s Inventory module allows users to accurately track inventory usage and costs and provides immediate feedback based on the period, week, day or even individual shifts. Counts, Purchases, Receiving, Transfers and Waste can all be tracked within the Inventory module. Shopping Lists in conjunction with suggested order levels - based either on static par levels or actual usage and forecasts - reduce managers’ time required to create purchase orders from hours down to mere minutes. Optional shift counts increase accountability by providing immediate variances on any items users wish to track by shift.
